In Sanskrit it is named Virabhadrasana II after a mythological warrior.

Some tips for a good Warrior pose are:
✅ Front knee stacked over front ankle
✅Lift back kneecap up to engage quadricep
✅Reach strongly through both arms through to the finger tips
✅Gaze over front middle finger
❌A common misalignment in this pose is leaning forward into the posture as you can see here. Instead keep the torso stacked over hips and upright #realnotperfect
