About Me
Hello,
I’m Gail, I was introduced to coaching nearly twenty years ago whilst working in sales and marketing. This inspired my life-long interest in coaching and holistic therapies.
I love investing in the development of not only myself by that of others too, to help them reach their full potential.
Having spent nearly 30 years in property management at manager and director level in an environment which was very stressful and target driven, I decided to incorporate my hobbies within my career and take a more holistic approach to my work and qualified as a coach, yoga and meditation teacher, reiki and crystal healer.
I have always set goals in my life both professionally and personally and this I believe has been the reason for my achievements and successes over the years.
My drive and passion is to succeed at everything I do, as well as supporting others in achieving their goals, aspirations, well-being and dreams too.
I am proud that I have successfully coached people to identify their goals on a variety of areas from health and well-being to setting up new business ventures to increase self-confidence.
Along with helping individuals heal themselves through yoga, meditation, reiki and crystal healing.
I am based in Newport Shropshire but operate via Zoom too.
When I am not working my passions are getting out in nature and exploring new places along with having a love of cats!
I volunteered for a local Cats Protection branch for 10 years looking after their social media sites.
I love photography, walking, cycling, yoga and travelling in my vintage camper!
I’m constantly working on my own goals. Recently I have achieved trekking Mount Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains, The Inca Trail in Peru and walking 600 miles in a year.
What’s next for me this year, well I will be completing my 300hr Yoga Teaching Training course and embarking on learning how to teach yoga in prisons through the Prison Phoenix Trust.
