Through this introduction to meditation and mindfulness course you will learn how to bring a meditation and mindfulness practice into your every day life. Both can help on a number of levels including mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Types of meditation and mindfulness we will cover:
- Breathing
- Mantra
- Mindfulness
- Visualisation
- Loving Kindness
We start with practicing meditations which are just a few minutes long, over the course of the sessions we work our way to longer meditations.
You’ll have time in between each session to practice what you have learnt during our time together. At the next session we will then review how you got on.

When you have purchased the course I will contact you to arrange your first appointment. The sessions can be taken via Zoom or at my Meridian Wellbeing Pod (shown below).
I recommend sessions to be taken either weekly or every other week to help start making your practice regular.
By the end of the five sessions I will have helped to discover which practice works best for you.
You’ll have learnt around 15-18 different types and styles through this introduction to meditation and mindfulness course and be able to call up on these techniques at anytime to help you in your daily life.
Each session is 1 hour and is on a 1:2:1 basis.
