I teach a variety of different yoga classes in around Newport in Shropshire as well as online.
Yoga styles include: Mindful Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Chair, YinFusion.

No need to book you can just turn up for a cup of tea and cake, we are FULL at the present time for yoga though, sorry.
Ideal for those who are less mobile as we use the chair for seated postures as well as helping with balance in standing postures. A cup of tea, cake and a chat are available from 10.30 and after the session. A great place to meet new friends.
