About the sessions
Yoga and/or Meditation sessions can be delivered, generally they are 1 hr long with a choice of styles, including gentle hatha or chair yoga or a blend, depending on those attending.
All sessions come from a trauma informed training element with plans that are specifically tailored to prison life.
Adaptions and variations are always given to ensure inclusivity throughout the class.
Assessment and evaluation reports are carried out to monitor how it has helped.
